Update Java / Scala installation guides

It's really important to have high quality Java / Scala installation guides for the Spark / PySpark communities.

Many of these programmers aren't familiar with the Java ecosystem. Installing dependencies for these users can be a big pain point and adoption challenge.

I've personally gone from manual installation => SDKMAN => Coursier to install Java versions.

I switched to Coursier so I could install Almond and run Jupyter notebooks with Scala.

It's been really painful for me to learn all these different Java installation tools and work with weird bugs (e.g. getting the right Java version installed on my Mac M1 with Coursier).

Let's decide on the best way to install Java for Spark / Scala / Jupyter users and then create a good guide in the README of this project.
