Hi - I have successfully connected to our environment, however, when I press the "Load Templates" button - nothing happens and the list / box remains blank - i.e. no templates appear. Please can someone advise what we need to do?

Perhaps "mover" is a bit mis-leading, as it does not move templates but copies them? :)

It worked previously, however since the latest XrmToolBox update I haven't been able to use it.

tried to move 2 documents with the same name. After the first document template is created in the destination environment, the second template is ignored

Hello, I've been a big fan of this plug-in for some time but I'm getting an error that states "An error has occurred while transferring templates: Unable to read user password" when trying to move a template to an Online Region GCC High organization. I have tested the same template using an out of the box entity (Contact) going between GCC DoD and North America. For the GCC High org, I am able to load the list of templates, but when I am trying to transfer to a GCC High org I receive the error. I am using the Document Templates Mover plug in version 1.2018.4.3 and XrmToolBox version 1.2019.7.34.

Tried to use, got a 'Memory Stream is not expandable' error.
On a selection.
On one only.
I deleted any with same name in target.
All got the same error.

What/Why?

When moving Word Templates to a new environment, the tool successfully updates the Entity Object Code for the target environment, but only for the body of the document, not for the Header or Footer of the document

If the template already exists on the destination server, the associated ETC is not getting updated - I think this is because associated ETC is read-only (IsValidForUpdate = false). Not sure how you could get around this, other than by deleting and re-creating the template from scratch.
