@gottagetgit I was able to deploy without issue. What region are you deploying too and can you share the deployment parameter values that you have used?

Here is the error that I am receiving along with the code I used to deploy:

I deployed to eastus region. Passed no parameters. As per the instructions here:

I will try another region. Perhaps eastus is too slow.

Thanks @gottagetgit, I was able to deploy into eastus with no issue. Let me know how it works out in a second region. Perhaps we can troubleshoot together if the issue persists.

Thanks @gottagetgit I believe that I have been able to reproduce the initial issue and am looking into it now.

The deployment succeeded in "centralus" once I used a different name for the resource group.

So it seems unreliable, but persistence can get it to work.

@gottagetgit I was able to reproduce the initial error once, the issue seems transient / no longer present to me. I have fixed a few things that were causing issue on re-deployment:
