updateos's Issues

Not all parameters are taken over, when re-running process

The "ExcludeDrivers" parameters is not taken over, when re-launching 32-bit as a 64-bit process.

& "$($env:WINDIR)\SysNative\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" -ExecutionPolicy bypass -NoProfile -File "$PSCommandPath" -Reboot $Reboot -RebootTimeout $RebootTimeout

I tested with "@PSBoundParameters". but it errors out:

Cannot process argument transformation on parameter 'ExcludeDrivers'.
Cannot convert value "System.String" to type "System.Management.Automation.SwitchParameter". Boolean parameters accept
only Boolean values and numbers, such as $True, $False, 1 or 0.

Procedure not working on ESP and White Glow

Hi,
we have enrolled several machines using the script embedded in the ESP of Autopilot. We install the latest Updates during the preparation of the device ( in white glow mode) and it works perfekt !! Now a month ago the deployment stops. It finished the installation of updates (using this script) and other Software ( machine part), and finaly reboot. After the reboot it check again the
first stage of autopilot an hang in the contacting MDM Server. The ESP defined timeout do not help and give no error. Please how i can find the responsible update and how I can exclude this.

Thanks Joerg

Install failure, Apps (0x81036502)

Hello,

Looking for a way to apply windows updates during autopilot setup. Came across this option and started some test runs based of the setup instructions. During account setup I see the app failure below:

Apps(0x81036502)

It happened once I added the .intunewin app with the update. Once I remove it, the setup finished. I also tested ESP with just that PowerShell update app and failed. Have you seen this error before? and have a suggested resolution?

Thank you
