APENCMS was intended to be the smallest, easiest and simplest flat-file no-frills CMS in PHP. I have discontinued working on this project. v0.9 is the last version I released in 2009. You can obtain the lastest community version here - APENcms.co.uk!

Personally I feel v0.9 is the last release which adheres to the initial design goal of being the Smallest CMS. Happy browsing.

1. Download the latest version of APENCMS from the GitHub repository : https://github.com/mtrano/apencms/
2. Upload the files to your PHP Server
3. Change permissions to the following files / folder to make them writable: config.php, db.dat, /files.
4. Thay's all, you can start using Weasel CMS. The url to log into the admin area will be located on /cms.

Default installation user/pass pair is :

user : admin
pass : password

You can change this login details on the config.php file

It only needs PHP >= 5.3 running on your server. Apache mod_rewrite module enabled is recommended but not a requirement.##
