Undefined symbol error with manylinux_2_28 wheel on Ubuntu 20.04 about multibuild HOT 2 OPEN

That looks like a problem with the c++ runtime dependency when compiling in the docker and running on ubuntu 20.04. Is there a way to reproduce this in httpstan?

Thanks for the note. I'm afraid it's mildly difficult to reproduce at this point. I deleted the published _2_28 httpstan wheels from PyPI to prevent Ubuntu 20.04 users from installing them.

You can see the multibuild configuration we used to make the wheels here: https://github.com/stan-dev/httpstan-wheels . The penultimate commit is the one that was building _2_28 wheels, 8e7c7e2314c5ee69c018c88ce47bb5fc9768e2db (ignore the commit message, that had to do with 2_24 vs 2_28).
