Hi! I'm following your code to upgrade my current slackbot and integrate an express server, everything was going smooth until I tried to connect to the RTM, this is what I got.
User [object Object] updated ================== END TEAM REGISTRATION ================== RTM failed info: ** API CALL: https://slack.com/api/im.open not_authed

I guess something is going on with this controller.trigger('create_bot', [bot, team_config]);

I already debug the team_config var and looks ok, not sure what I'm missing, could you please light me on the right path?

Hey, thanks for doing this, it's really helpful. I'm just wondering of how to activate the interactive message's payload, I've been trying to replicate the logic from botkit lib but haven't had luck yet. Do you have any example? Thanks in advance.

How would you adapt this to use express as the server for a facebook messenger bot?

For some reason theres a mongo Auth Error when the mongouri is replaced with a mLab db string.

you might want to create a .env-example file? even tho you documetn it in the README.
