Try version 1.74. Make the standard V thread, and then set the Angle property from 60 to 45. The presets are probably not going to be accurate with this, but you can modify the pitch and minor diameter properties to hopefully get the size you need. If you use the same preset for both internal and external they might match each other, or at least come close.

I updated to 1.75 and added support for 2-start and 3-start threads. In doing so I renamed the Angle property to a more appropriate "Variants", which breaks objects created in 1.74. They would need to be rebuilt in 1.75.
