Script to make `orig` to match `manual` C3 helpers about analyze-conversion HOT 5 CLOSED

Is there a list of all such C3 artifacts? Otherwise im not sure how I'm supposed to match them all?

The C3 issues tab indicates things that don't quite work right now. The big one is : messing things up, so we change the program to add something like /**/ after the colon. Another is non-handling for certain multi-declarations, e.g., _Ptr<int> p, q gets translated to int *p, q which treats q as a normal int.

I would look at diff -w between the reverted and original versions of the programs to find these sorts of inconsequential formatting differences.

I didn't script anything for /**/ after a colon that showed up in two places, so I just handled them individually.

3C already splits that sort of multi-declaration into declarations on separate lines, so that shouldn't be an issue for manual ports done withe the help of 3C. I guess it's still an issue for the ports we have from Microsoft.
