Talking Sometimes Fails

Interaction is buggy, making it hard to talk to NPCs sometimes.

This is an engine issue so likely will take some work to correct.

Cannot Cancel Dialogue Selections

For example, when Festoon asks you to choose the next building material to use or when Bluecap asks you what type of rock to dig for.

Aliorumna and/or Katleya May Fail to Spawn

Aliorumna or Katleya may fail to spawn.
This is likely an engine issue involving the large number of Actors in their Scenes.
This is a bigger issue with Aliorumna as her dialogue will still occur!

Kuliltu Sometimes Won't Talk

Occasionally Kuliltu does not respond to the Interact button.

I have experienced this as has at least one player, but I cannot reliably reproduce it and examining the code doesn't show anything immediately wrong....

Dialogue Typos in Library

There are a bunch of typos in the library, which is a little ironic if you think about it~~

Also, we should call it the Cryptic Library instead of Great Library, as originally planned.

Dialogue Box Closes Without Signalling Close

Sometimes the game thinks a dialogue box is up when it isn't....

This might be a scripting issue but I think it is more likely due to scripts interrupting one another.
A possible solution is to always clear this variable when entering a new scene.

But i use gb studio 3. Is it maybe possible to convert the game to verdion 3?

Cutscene Icon

Player requested a cut scene icon that is always shown when the player looses control.

Hybrid Fish-Bat Mode Exists, Impossible To Navigate

A weird glitch can cause the player to get stuck somewhere between Bat mode and Fish mode, making it impossible to navigate downwards. I believe this has to do with transitioning out of water.

I experienced this in the Starlit Garden.

Display Material Count

Ideally, the material count for each material type should be instantly visible in the Inventory screen.

This could be achieved (albite in a hacky way) by having a pair of actors that rapidly cycle through all materials, thus working around the actor limit. This would need to be tested to make sure it looked acceptable.

The other fix that occurs to me is to split the scene into two: Materials and Items.
