Extension don't work correctly with Яндекс.Деньги
Hi!
We have some issue on our ecommerce store with pays from Яндекс.Деньги. When system tried to generate KKM Cheque on Magento admin panel we have message like this:
The cheque has not been sent to KKM.The cheque has not been sent to KKM. Status: Fail. Uuid: ecdef3a8-3608-4979-99f6-27c6c3ca2b5a. Error code: -3803. Error text: Неверная величина цены позиции. Ответ от ККТ: [-3803] Описание: Неверная цена (сумма).. Type: driver Order id: 100009891
But, on the related payment methods like "Visa \ MasterCard \ pay on delivery " everything working fine.
Website configuration
- Magento 1.9.3.4
- NGINX + Apache
What we used for price generation:
- Magento Price Rules
- Magegiant Extension Reward Points
Our team was check all price, what we send to АТОЛ and KKM and we can't find any different from from other payment methods... We tried to check the KKM-json and can't find any strange moments.
Could you please help to resolve this issue with your extension?
