Add 3 dot or hamburger menu to right of sidebar items that fall into space pages/folders.

Menu items

• Move (pages in folders)
• Delete (pages and empty folders)

Add ability to upload file from specified URL rather than only files.

Users should be redirected to their 'Default View' once authenticated.

Change all spelling to British English.

Ability to create folders within a space.

Describe the bug
When creating a space with the same name as one that already exists, the slug should be updated with a corresponding key, such as "already-used-1"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a space
2. Create a second space with the same name

Expected behavior
The slug that is generated for the second space should not be the same as the first.

Move and delete options in sidebar context menu appear below content.

Missing table template for EditorJs. Related to #18

An option should be available on all pages that allows the user to move a page into a folder if the folder has been created after the page. Relates to #11

SpacesAccess Repo, Service and Entity should be renamed to singular versions of name.

Describe the solution you'd like
Users (with appropriate permissions) should have a button from within their 'default view' to create spaces with a predetermined list of 'access levels' (open, limited, invite only). Pages and shares can be created within this space by others that have permission to do so within the space.

Populate notification area in upper right

Settings link in navigation for users with Application Administrator rights only.

Second settings menu in upper right user list to customise options specific to users.

Allow creation of tables with EditorJS.

All pages within application should be protected by user login.

Save changes button is always showing - it should only be visible as part of a page, and only when edit mode is available and enabled.

Describe the bug
Return value of Convene\Http\Controllers\SpacesController::handleCreate() must be an instance of Illuminate\Http\RedirectResponse, none returned
