SimpleScorer: Subtotal needs to be much more visible

Add a Stay Awake setting
Round indicator
A means of indicating what round you are in would be useful. Either against the score or globally, with a manual or automatic way of saying the round is over depending on the helper.
Helpers should save state
On appropriate lifecycle transitions, helpers should save all user data and restore on resume.
Helpers consequently need a Reset option.
