JS tasks CLI app

Create a NodeJS CLI app for local terminal task tracking system with some features like:

• General listing of all tasks
• Tasks workspaces with specific user defined prefixes, IDs
• Each task may display as one-line title and inside the detail page can have more defined content:
  • description
  • created at & updated at dates
  • author
  • executor
  • comments
  • attachements
• Controlling is based on VIM keyboard mapping
• Printing the task and/or its meta data and/or full content to the report text file
• Ability to link tasks between themselfs

• GIT integration
• ChatGPT integration
• Code editor integrations (?)
