Add comments support about makoureactor HOT 2 OPEN

I would like to start hacking makou reactor

If you want to add comments in scripts, you need to store them somewhere. I have few solutions for that:

• Create a file with comments alongside the field file. Each comment will contains text + offset. The file must be synchronized each time the script has changed. And it can be stored in the lgp.
• Or create a file with full script source code. A compiler is needed to convert this file in ff7 field script. With this solution, we can create a flexible language with keywords like "if" or "while".

q-gears convert ff7 scripts to lua files, I don't know if it is the best language for that, but the compiler is already done
