Non-modal encounters dialog about makoureactor HOT 2 OPEN

this can be done by adding 3 lines to widgets/EncounterWidget.cpp
on creation of the dialog we would need to do
setWindowModality(Qt::NonModal); this->hide(); this->show();
this would change the created dialog to be non modal and the hide/show is needed to enforce the change.Unless we do not want to change the dialog when a field change happens further changes would be needed to support field changes.

Each change on widgets in this dialog should update the model. It means that we need to remove the Save/Cancel buttons and trigger events for each change at the time it is changed.
