It's worth noting that 1.0.0-RC1 installs successfully.

Repro steps

1. Open VS2017
2. Create new MVC Project using .NET Framework 4.5.2

3. Use MVC Template:

4. Install Dapper via Install-Package Dapper (works fine)

5. Install Dapper.Compose via install-package Dapper.Compose -pre
   (fails with error install-package : Could not install package 'Dapper.Compose 1.0.0-RC5'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.)

Workaround

Use Install-Package Dapper.Compose -pre -Version 1.0.0-RC1

This sql code will give a "index out of bounds" exception in Query.Load when you read the last line with ")" and try to check if it's a comment looking for "--" (looking at line[1] which don't exists)
