This unfortunately fails unless become: true is specified at the playbook level.

Add a become: true on this and other tasks to fix.

Other than UTC which seems to be default.

• Configure on xenial
• Configure on centos
• timedatectl set-ntp true must have been set and must be idempotent.
• timedatectl set-local-rtc false must have been set and must be idempotent.

When time_force_sync is true:

• On systems without systemd, ie trusty, install cron, create cron job if job enabled.
• On systems with systemd, ie centos and xenial, use systemd to schedule the job.

The only problem is that sntp only exists on two operating systems:

• trusty
• xenial
• centos

Since there's no sntp on xenial apparently, some other mechanism must be used for periodically forcing monotonic synchronization.
