After using c++ client, call cleint.cleanUp()

what(): boost: mutex lock failed in pthread_mutex_lock: Invalid argument

Seems to be a thread lock which needs to be fixed

1. need a function to set all joint efforts
2. set the joint pos/vel/effort with indexing, ie can choose what joints to set
3. get parent name in the sensor class

The client creates the node and names it. This will cause an error in the user creates there own code or there is more than one client.
