Please report any issues to the course instructor by email.
The reporter will report the status of all problems from the weekly problem sets using the message ACCEPTED, ACCEPTED (LATE), or UNSOLVED. It will only report the ACCEPTED problems from the open pools to keep the clutter down.
The reporter does not account for:
- Missing headers
- Any accommodations (i.e. extensions for "excused absences" reasons)
It will also never scrape your project score (for 403 students) since that will only appear on eClass. You will have to enter it manually.
Required nonstandard libraries:
- bs4
- requests
- python-dotenv
pip install -r requirements.txt
- Create a .env file with the following contents:
USERNAME=<enter your actual kattis username>
PASSWORD=<enter your actual kattis password>
COURSE=<enter 303 or 403>
SEMINAR=<enter your seminar score if in 403>
PROJECT=<enter your project score if in 403>
- Change executable permissions:
chmod +x run.sh
- Run the script!
./run.sh
- Your result should now be visible inside
result.txt

- Sometimes reports a problem as "LATE" for problems submitted close to the deadline.
- SOLUTION: Go to your Kattis profile and change your preferred timezone to "America/Edmonton". You might also have to switch to a different timezone first, then switch back to Edmonton time.
