The seed DB is needed, otherwise the build fails. This needs to be fixed

• if you have no seed db the first run wil create one
• if you do want to add the db, you need some way to add it during the process
• using COPY or ADD will fail if there is no such file.

Possible: add the seed db to the /backups mounted volume, and run a script to check if there is a db, copy it or not if so?
