Add NEAR WEB Wallet compatible support to the Web App UI.

The actual web app is only Narwallet-compatible.

After your modification, it should be possible to generate two compiled web apps from the same source code (a compiled web app is the Dapp dir + Dapp/dist compiled typescript code) . We should be able to generate the actual web app, narwallet-only compatible, and another web app, NEAR WEB Wallet compatible.

Optional bonus: Use the Wallet-api for both. Provide NEAR WEB Wallet (near-api-js) functionality but always using the wallet-agnostic wallet-api at: https://github.com/Narwallets/dapp-diversifying-staking-pool/blob/master/src/wallet-api/wallet.ts

The smart contract code is fresh. Find a bug and get a bounty.

The bug must:

• get the contract into an inconsistent state
• -or- allow an attacker to get unearned funds or advantages
• -or- make users funds unavailable to them

If the bug you find is complex, the bounty you get will be increased at our own discretion.

This is not an easy task. The contract must include Simulation Tests. This DAO/Governance contract will receive ownership of the div-pool smart contract: https://github.com/Narwallets/diversifying-staking-pool

• Allow entering proposals to set divpool parameters. Resolve by voting
• Allow entering proposals to lend "staking" (1). Resolve by voting
• Develop a mechanism to allow re-deployment of the divpool, triggered by voting.

This is a very nice project. There's one point in the description which I would like to understand more. "Pools requiring staking will have to pay 8-epoch rewards in advance." Does it mean that anyone can become a validator by borrowing funds from the pool? And 8-epochs rewards in advance with the current near mainnet would be around 5000 NEAR?

It's not coded yet, but the idea is to make let's say 300k NEAR loans to pools having 2.9m when the seat price is reaching 3m. Something like helping existing/trusted pools before they fall from the seat-price cliff.... but I think your use-case sounds pretty good!!! 👍 We have to evaluate mechanisms to not put any funds in risk, the new pool must be whitelisted, and maybe we can require a supermajority of G-SKASH gov voting, but sounds good!!! If it's 3m to launch a new validator, stakers lending the funds should be rewarded with more than 8 epochs (Stakers lose 4-7 epoch-rewards when moving funds from one staking-pool to another)
Another thing that's not in docs, that I intend to code is "agreed sp-fees". Let's say the new pool promises to keep fees at 1% for 7000 epochs. That agreement will be added to the pool parameters, and if the staking-pool changes the fee, is penalized by unstaking all of the funds.
