Not sure where we are on this, writing it down so I don't forget, but once a user logs into our app they shouldn't have to do it again

UI: Need a page to modify basic rental data (landlord name & phone number, address, rental name)
Backend: Routes will need to be updated or added for this

Backend: Need appropriate routes to support this

All the pages need better style :(

UI: Need a form for adding new expenses, and we should also be able to remove them

Backend: Route for updated/creating items for list

Gotta figure out how to actually use sjcl

UI: Need to create the overlay in login.tsx to hold form
Backend: Need corresponding routes and verification system (email, text, etc)

UI: Need a logout button somewhere
Backend: I believe logout route has already been written
