These are commands I use a lot, so adding support for them would be pretty cool

This is another pretty crucial feature for a shell, so adding redirection would be a helpful step in making a more legitimate shell.

NaSH doesn't seem to handle the sending the grep command input properly. This is the expected behavior

These would function like builtins (I think), and the way that && and || function are like pipes, but with different properties:

• && works by running the command after the symbol $\iff$ the command before the symbol executes with exit code 0
  • example: cd ~/test && make only runs the make command if the ~/test directory is navigated to successfully.
• || works by running the command command after the symbol $\iff$ the command before the symbol executes unsuccessfully
  • example: [ -d ../bin ] || mkdir ../bin creates the bin directory iff the directory doesn't already exist

Piping is a pretty crucial feature for a shell to work as expected, so this should be implemented.
