You may still be tinkering with this, but currently the search results will take one to specific works, but not to the specific instance of the text within the work--ideally, we'd like to be able to go directly to the page with the pertinent term(s) highlighted. Currently, we get taken to the first page of the work containing hits (and then have to scroll down to find the text, which isn't highlighted).

We'd eventually prefer the results to be displayed more in accordance with how they are in the current interface, which lists the results in the main field and includes snippets of text:

@nathan-rice I think I've discovered why the "chariot" result that Joe V. isolated today wasn't showing up: the instance of "chariot" on page 643 (Reynolds Marginalia) occurs between angle brackets, which get tags in the xml. I haven't talked to Mike about this yet, but I'm guessing that the search isn't picking up text between these tags--I've tried in a couple more instances and got the same non-result. I'll talk to Mike about this, but if you have any suggestions for how to get around this, let us know.
