use bower to simplify the install of the jsPlumb, just 'run bower install'

First, let me say how awesome your project is. Exactly what I was looking for and it's extremely helpful to see the integration between jsplumb and angular.
I did notice a weird rendering issue... If you drag a new connection from state A to B, if you then move the source (A) around, the source endpoint just kind of floats there.
Also, why are there two sets of Sources and Targets for each State?
