Hello -- thanks for your work putting together the tutorial and code.

Unfortunately I don't find the environment to be reproducible:

This seems to be a frequently reported issue with using conda and yaml env files, it doesnt seem to be a reliable method for reproducible environments.
Just wanted to raise this as an issue.
