Clean-up cursors

In all tools

Investigate spatial intersects view for point performance

Return the data needed for a by Ecoshape summary of point counts by species. User could then join this to Ecoshapes for a spatial view of where (and how many) InputPoints exist for a species.

Duplicate data clean-up

SynonymsUsed = just synonyms
Do we need a separate field for SecondarySpeciesUsed (probably not, because we have SecondarySpecies table)?
