Could not install package 'Naxam.AFNetworking.iOS 3.1.0.3' into a project that targets 'Xamarin.WatchOS,Version=v1.0'

I'm unable to use this in my Apple Watch App built using Xamarin. I get the following error when trying to add the NuGet package:

Could not install package 'Naxam.AFNetworking.iOS 3.1.0.3'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets 'Xamarin.WatchOS,Version=v1.0', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.

System.InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid.

This message of expeption appears when using AFHTTPSessionManager.Manager().RequestSerializer object.

Code:

var manager = AFHTTPSessionManager.Manager();
System.Diagnostics.Debug.WriteLine(manager.RequestSerializer);

and application crash
