Building native-like Elixir apps for Window, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android using Phoenix LiveView!

• Support for ~H sigil with <item onclick={...}>
• Changed Menu XML escaping to LiveView automatic escaping logic from LiveView HTML tokenizer & engine.
