I added to my Gemfile and typed "rake emojione," as instructed. The response wasn't installation of the images, but instead "The syntax of the command is incorrect."

I followed the usage instructions in the README and added @import "emojione"; to my application.css.scss file, but there is no line in my rendered HTML code invoking emojione's css file and I get no errors from Ruby that the file can't be found. In fact, if I change it to @import "/assets/emojione";, then it throws an error.

I added //= require emojione to my application.js file and the line invoking that script appears in my code just fine.

I've also added the jQuery conversion class found here to my global.js...

        $(".convert-emoji").each(function() {
            var original = $(this).html();

            var converted = emojione.toImage(original);
            $(this).html(converted);
        });
    });

...but nothing seems to be happening to convert shortcodes within HTML elements that have the .convert-emoji class.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug w/ your port of Emojione?
