Hi, I am new in this field but going to make use of the amazing LiftPose3D in different experiment set-up (open field, Morris water maze...).
Do I need to use synchronized multi-cameras to train the network first for my experiment?
synchronized multi-cameras are a little bit difficult for our lab now, but we can use single camera with mirrors to generate a synchronzied-like environment.

We have some 2D macaque data from one camera, and we want to try if we can use the pre-trained OMS model in the example to predict the 3D coordinates from our 2D data. We reformatted our data so it matches the format of the Data.mat file in the example. Which function should I use in this case?

I want to test the trained network with new data, but according to your suggestion, I can't find the function liftpose3d_test(par['out_dir'], test_2d, test_3d) for testing new data.
