gt4saveeditor's Issues

Crash when trying to open "Garage" tab of a converted savefile

Following #1: Now I successfully loaded into the NTSC-U version of GT4 using the save file converted from PAL, but I was getting "Game data is corrupted. Do you wish to retry?" message every time I tried to get into any car other than the car I currently was, and some of the entries in the garage were blank. However, when I tried to open up the garage of a converted save folder, GT4 Save Editor just crashed without telling me the reasons. Being a software tester, I imagine it has to either at least give the user some clue about the reason of the crash or handle the car data mismatch in another way (ideally, removing all incompatible cars automatically).

can't see save

when i select the folder with gt4 save data it says that the main game save isn't even if it already is there, worked before

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when trying to save PAL savefile as other region

When I try to save my old PAL region save to any other region, it just throws me "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" without actually saying me what's wrong. I understand that this feature may break the game (especially if a large save is used like mine with 100% completion), but it seems like it doesn't even want to save files to the folder I specify, it just creates a folder (named BASCUS-97328GAMEDATA if I try to save as NTSC-U), but throws an error and doesn't do anything beyond that.
