Create new file when no conflict occurred
Problem:
- Update ClientDir/clientfile.txt .
- Run OpenSync again.
- It creates the conflict file ClientDir/clientfile.txt20171229111553 ,ClientDir/clientfile.txt is removed.
Correct:
- Run OpenSync again.
- Update ServerDir/clientfile.txt
