执行
scoop list，里面如果有标记*failed*的软件包，先用scoop uninstall xxxx删掉。 -
先执行
scoop install git，成功之后再依次执行：
scoop update
scoop install python37@3.7.4from pilot.

将第三行代码中的@前的37去掉，改为
scoop install [email protected]
可以成功安装
请老师看一下
