Yeah - you're seeing 4 entries I guess, but they are not parsed, right?
This is due to the (wrong) errorformat likely ('%+A %#%f %#(%l,%c): %m,%C%m').

i figure the issue was 'vim-polygot' which overwrote the errorformat
