I have a View that displays a "pie" progress for the Task progress.

After I rotate the screen the progress seems "frozen", but the task successfully completes and I am able to Log.d() the progress. Is there anything else that I have to call in order to update my view again?

Also, how can I send parameters to the onPreExecute method?

The Task.getLastKnownProgress() method always throws an exception unless the Task never got executed.

Expected behavior would be to see it return the last known progress value or null as soon as the task is executed.

Same issue as #3 but for another annotation.

Version 1.0.0-rc-1 does not seem to support automatic casting the Task argument to a preferred subclass of Task. This should however work as other annotations do support it. The generated _TaskBinding class will currently causes a compile error:

Error:(23, 37) error: incompatible types: Task cannot be converted to MyCustomTask

Example code:
