NetherWorkshopDownloader3 is a powerful tool for downloading workshop mods, managing game servers, game cheats, and other steam or gaming-related tasks.

Nether API is used by NWD3 to download mods at high speeds. But also to save cloud configurations and download server plugins (Nether API for steam downloading).

NWD3 has the ability to automatically allocate memory and CPU capacity to a large number of servers.

Planning to build a platform for uploading mods, making it easy for anyone to download and use them while also supporting the creator.

NWD Fastest Compression is a new compression method that is encorporated in Nether API,

Very fast - I mean very very very fast, compared to the old compression, this compresses a 1GB file in only 10 seconds!
Very conservative - This is the future, a 1GB file that takes 10 seconds to compress, and would compress it to 4MB (Subject to how many bits/content in file).
Data Saving - If you are using celluar data, or have slow internet or data limit, With NWD Fastest Compression, 200MB files will turn to 2MB, 4MB file would turn into 24KB. Making downloading files faster and don't have to worry about any data cap.
Fast uncompression. - You might of think that the uncompression speeds were the only let down. Nope. Files uncompress in only 3 seconds.

Problem when downloading

When I go to download something it just doesn't work, the progress bar doesn't show up and it never downloads.

What I did was I used I like it was supposed to be used, but now it won't show the download bar, and when I went to try again (after my initial attempt) it just showed a white screen with something on it, (i cannot recreate the white screen)

I was expecting this to be the end all downloader for steam mods, (at least for wallpaper engine)

OS: win 10
Browser: Microsoft edge on version 120.0.022

And the weird part is that it worked earlier with no issues but now It doesn't even want to download anything

I run the program and I keep on retrying but the API won't connect, what should I do?

14 different antivirus found the exe as a trojan horse

The exe inside the zip file is being detected as a virus by 14 different anti viruses describing it as a trojan horse.

Error when opening

I Opened the nether workshop downloader and it returned this error:

Downloader not downloading workshop mods

I open the downloader, which opens up normally and then whenever I try downloading a workshop mod this pops up and the downloader does nothing.

Would appreciate a response, thank you kindly.

Failing to connect to API

Faills to connect to API.

Couldn't find specified path

I tried to download mods for rimworld (is on supported list) and got this error on every one:

Than I tried downloading mods for random games to see if it's a rimworld problem and got this every time:

Those files are in downloader folder, it's just not moving them. Unfortunately the rimworld ones aren't.

I downloaded mods for rimworld with your tool a long time ago and it worked.

Program falsely claims mod download was successful

It should not be saying this.
What mod it was trying to download or what game the mod is for isn't relevant, the issue is that the program is wrong about the download being successful and does not seem to be able to say that the download failed.
It's not gonna be good for people to wrongly think the downloader can do something it can't.

Program claims a mod was successfully downloaded when it wasn't (unsolved)

As the title says, I decided to test the program by trying to download a mod for a game that doesn't allow anonymous (or even non-anonymous) third-party downloads, and the program claimed that the mod was downloaded to the selected folder even though there was nothing there.

Possible reasons for a timeout error?

Vibing, attempting to install an addon. Wait about 10 seconds as it says downloading...
Timeout error.
Program crashes within a second. I didn't even notice the error the first time.

Could be a variety of things, but I'd appreciate some things to try.

missing textures

When I download mods for Rimword, it leaves all the textures in download folder and doesn't move them to the one I selected.

the title already explains all the context that is necessary for this

I'm basically getting this type of error every time I try to download a terraria mod, now I just don't know if this has something to do with the id, tried the method of putting the page link but without result, so had to use the numbers of the workshop I wanted to download, at this point have no idea if i did a stupid move or they secretly put some kind of block that doesn't allow programs other than steam itself to download it (depending on them this is quite capable of be created) but this second assumption is not valid for this :/
