Version 1.4.0 is not published to NPM, are you still planning on doing that for the CMS, etc?

For the consistency with all other eslint-config-* repositories I'd suggest we rename this to eslint-config-netlify

Another option would be to make it more generic and put also stylelint config in it. In this case we'll have 2 package.json for eslint and stylelint. Not sure what option is better — 2 repositories or one with all coding standards.

Any chance we can switch the lint rule for single quotes. We are using double quotes in JSX but single quotes in JavaScript. We had everything default to double quotes across the board in our UI.

Any chance we can make that happen in this project?

We should publish eslint-config-netlify to npm so we can have SemVer versioning for it. In this case we projects can depend on it safely even if we introduce breaking changes. Right now, installing directly from GH will always pull latest master which will eventually break things.
