Support Desktop Capstone projects in the third page of the certificate
User story
As a user of the certificates generator
I want that the third page of the certificate shows the app in desktop mode
so that we support all formats in the talent app (mobile and desktop)
Description
Right now, the Format setting in the talent app is ignored.
This means, that if the Capstone project of a student is meant to be used in desktop or tablets, the certificate will be generated still for mobile (see picture):
Acceptance Criteria
if the student sets the format to be "Desktop", then we should generate a different third page
