Blur state save

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Though the #21 issue is resolved (which is cool ❄️), the blur state defaults every time the app is closed.

And the solution is to use local storage.

Blur Filter Performance

Describe the bug
As it was noted in #6, the performance leaves much to be desired. Applying the CSS3 blur has a huge detrimental effect on performance. With CSS3 blur applied, there is a big frames/second drop.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Restik'
  2. Click on 'whatever'
  3. Scroll down to 'whatever'
  4. See low fps

Expected behavior
There are alternatives to using filter: to blur an element and its background that have better performance.
