niml/niml_md5.c: custom license (RSA) mixed with GPL-2 (Christophe Devine)

The RSA license requires that all derived works are stated as
"'derived from the RSA Data Security, Inc. MD5 Message-Digest
Algorithm' in all material mentioning or referencing the derived
work."

There's a few ways to interpret this license, but at minimum,
niml_md5.c (and every doc that mentions it) must state how great RSA's
md5 is and that it's derived from RSA's greatness

Also, there's a possible issue with mixing GPL-2 into this RSA
licensed file. IANAL, but from what I understand, the GPL's viral
nature would make this file GPL and this RSA license is not GPL
compatible. Thus there's an issue here.

I assume there's a decent, liberally licensed C implementation of the
md5 algorithm out there somewhere. I think the easy fix is to just use
that instead.

suma_algorithms.c: code is under copyright and cannot be included in any other... (non-free license)

The O'Reilly algorithms license states that it cannot be included in
any "educational product" without their permission. If AFNI is
intended for academic use (or used in a class room setting), it's an
educational product, and thus there's an issue.

To me, this reads like an old license. Given how open-source friendly
O'Reilly is, I wouldn't be surprised if they've issued updated
licenses for these.

This is a tiny problem, but technically the requirement for mail makes
these files nonfree. It's not explicit enough that the mail
requirements are optional. This won't block inclusion in Debian, it
just won't make it into Debian main.
