monthlymeetingminutes's Issues

How to simulate data?

How does one create/simulate data?

  1. just for testing to make sure software works
  2. to make meaningful claims about a biological system

Wide to Long (and vice versa)

There does not appear to be a lot of guides telling people how to convert their data from wide to Long or vice versa. This would be a good idea for one of the monthly meetings.

Making A Dockerfile

How does one place commands in Dockerfile and build a working image? How can it be transferred to a singularity image?
