Select TAs from last year for an early recruitment and pre-pod
Pre-pod dates: May 23 - 27

We need to make the following changes to a Lead TA from CN that was removed and enrolled as a Lead TA to DL. This was done due to a mistake on our part with his timeslot preference so we really need to get it right for DL! His name is Ashwin Ramaswamy

Update his email address: [email protected]
Update all three of his timeslot preferences (first, second, other possible) to 1 (or just pull from latest TA sheet)
Make sure he has all the checks so he ends up being an enrolled Lead TA in DL.

Update the readme.md of TA tutorial for CN and DL

Currently we have a project TA checkbox that I've updated to include CN TAs that agreed to be project TAs. But we need to make this course specific. So the current tag needs to be changed to Project_TA-CN (or some such) and then we need to add a Project-TA DL checkbox since in all likelihood we will also select a subset of DL TAs to be project TAs.

For DL, we need to update the full TA database in our portal whenever a new sheet is available. This is because TAs go through and update their preferred timeslots, language, and other parameters on the portal, so if we just add new applicants to our portal when we do database updates, it will reflect the old timeslots/languages and they'll be matched incorrectly.

This is specially important for DL, because we are going to triple remind people to confirm their preferred timeslots before we match them ( to prevent having to swap people after match which is super time consuming and error-prone). So the TA portal needs to have the latest updated timeslot preferences before we give the final list of enrolled TAs to Davide for matching.

it would be really useful if the TA portal included a total payment for each enrolled applicant. this would help megan cross-check the financial payments. the payments are: $1500 for course (either regular tutorial or regular project TA), extra 500 for lead TA (either lead tutorial or lead project) + $100/day of pre-pod.
