Use of the @classmethod in IsingState.py makes it a singleton class for no particularly good reason, and prevents the construction of multiple usable copies of the class if this were to be reused elsewhere (or to tabulate statistics) in parallel. Ofc, if performance of a small demo mattered the inner loop ought to be moved into C++ with pybind11.

User sessions should have their own independent state that updates which I believe may also support the while-true graph update loop. As it stands only really one user can use the streamlit app at a time, although not much of a limitation if running it only on localhost.
