WOW, I apologize , I never got the notification that you replied to this issue. If possible we would like to have all our lists reviewed for addition into the service. We are constantly adding and updating our lists. We have a very active community that is always helping us to review additions to lists and find false positive as fast as possible. All new lists go through a beta phase before being moved to main lists section of our GitHub page (at time of writing this we have/had 3 lists going through beta)

If a list is going to be discontinued we provide a 6 month depreciation time (URL will still be actively removed from these depreciated lists, if needed, but no additional will be made.) Once the list has completed the depreciation time it is moved to discontinued and after 3 months the list is deleted.

If we had to pick just a few of our lists to be reviewed at first we would probably pick the following:
Ads, Basic Start List, Gambling, Malware, Tracking
