NextDNS CLI Client

NextDNS CLI is a command-line tool that allows you to use NextDNS's DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) service with advanced capabilities. Although the most advanced features will only work with NextDNS, this program can work as a client for any DoH provider or a mix of NextDNS + another DNS (split horizon).

This CLI is mostly aimed at routers and UNIX based systems, but it is also a great client for Windows and macOS, especially for people who prefer a fully open-source client and don't mind the lack of a GUI.

Random switch to Anycast instead of Ultralow while using MacOS app

If I use the MacOS app, sometimes I experience slower page loading. I check on ping.nextdns.io, and I'm connected to the anycast server in Vienna instead of ultraslow server in Budapest. It would be a great option to add the 'Ultra-Low Latency Network' switch to MacOS app (like on iOS). Any solution?

Please add Recreation timing on Allow list and Deny list or some Scheduling Capability

There is no way to block custom set of sites based on Schedules , This will be a very good add or provide a way to add custom list in parental control

Parental Control - whatsapp isn't being blocked

I think whatsapp is only using facebook hostnames (maybe they've changed hostnames?). because the only whatsapp address i see on logs is g.whatsapp.net

Even if i block whatsapp, i can still continue using the app on all devices. In fact it was blocked since yesterday because I forgot, and whatsapp still works properly.

However, maybe if i block Facebook on Parental Control, it'll block whatsapp also (not tested).

Please add 抖音"douyin"(China's tiktok) in parental control

Nextdns include "tiktok" in parental control but the "tiktok" list is for tiktok, not Douyin(抖音).

"Douyin"(抖音) is China version tiktok. So please add 抖音"douyin"(China's tiktok) in parental control.
