In early stages, I was not certain what needed to talk to what.

There are many stray object-to-object pointers. This needs cleanup.

For the most part, everything should talk to the interface driver object, which can give references to other things.

See the TODO in line 45 of main.cpp

Implement the ". . . Empty Channel Flow" panel for creating simple CFD cases. (Should be able to reuse my old code from ~5 years ago for this.) (It really has been quite a while.)

• Appearance up/down rather than left/right

• Change local view to tree rather than list

The current FileManipPanel displays remote file info without formatting.

This should be cleaned up to look nicer.

Need to explain what each of those options mean

I don't like the README I wrote.

It is dumb and unclear. Should be revised, after constructive feedback.

The remote file handing in filetreemodelreader is a mess.

I tried a few different ways to do it, and the current way works, but this is a mess.

I should revise this significantly.

If a file is deleted from a folder when other items are in it, the file tree display gets confused and doubles an entry to replace the deleted item.

Shutdown sometimes faults, needs fix.

Some of the file I/O are still TODO. Need to finish.

The user interactions in delete and upload and anything using singlelinedialog is blandly simplistic.

Should make these more user friendly.

Implement the ". . . Using OpenFOAM panel"

Particularly without changing agaveHandler

ie. sub-class will probably work

git was being finicky when I uploaded this.

A simple test, compile & run & login, of most recent pull, (preferably by someone else) should verify that nothing got lost.

Need to verify that the latest code compiles in Win/Mac/Linux

Within the Agave hander, several TODOs listed where retrun null should be a fatal error popup.

Prof. Kareem indicated that a splash screen of the SimCenter should include all schools connected to SimCenter.
