Example Project / Adding Dockerfiles about ansible-docker HOT 3 CLOSED

I think deploying your Dockerized web application is a completely separate task. It would be very different for everyone.

I see it as 2 different things.

1. You get Docker / Docker Compose installed (this role).
2. You deploy your web application (a custom role that you make for your app).

Then as part of your playbook you would run this role before yours.

I agree there are more roles or will be more roles involved. Would just be nice to see a package where the server is provisioned properly and where the Docker file structure is setup and or run as well. Especially production wise. Which.. is hard to find on the web to say the least. But I guess that would be up to me or others to do. Thanks for your hard work and playbook role. Will let you know when I make inroads. Seems like we are going to stick to Ansible for provisioning of the server and deployment of our Laravel app on multiple VPS-es for production for now and stick to Docker for local work.
