Eraser
It would be convenient if you could erase with a brush instead of your only choice being to clear the entire canvas. I've tried adding this in the past but failed.
Brush coordinates not refreshing
If you paint on the canvas and then scroll down, it does not refresh your mouse's coordinates to draw where you would expect.
